IT'S NORMAL TO CHANGE YOUR IDEAS!

You bought it, but…is it not quite what you wanted? If you want to exchange – for a different size or another model – or return an item from the Mwani Store, don't worry. We want you to always be happy with the Mwani Store!

Therefore, we offer you an exchange or return period of 15 days from the date of delivery.

Please send us an email to mwanistore@gmail.com and we will help you through the process.

Items to be exchanged or returned must be sent to the following address:

When the order arrives at our Atelier, we will contact you.

Please note:

• For the exchange or return to be successful, the items must be in perfect condition, without signs of use and in the original packaging, along with the respective invoice;
• During the discount period, we cannot process any refunds and exchanges can only be made within the same price range;
• If you placed a custom order, it cannot be exchanged or returned;
• Products purchased in physical stores can only be returned to the respective stores where you made the purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs initially paid will be included in the amount to be reimbursed, as provided for in current legislation in Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

Regarding shipping costs for sending to our Atelier, the customer will be responsible for paying additional costs for return or exchange purposes.

We apologize, but we do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage incurred during return.

REIMBURSEMENT

After we receive your order and after evaluating its condition, the refund will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase. We will process your refund within 72 hours of receiving your return. Your credit card company may take 4/7 business days to credit the amount to your account.
