You bought it, but…is it not quite what you wanted? If you want to exchange – for a different size or another model – or return an item from the Algae Store, don't worry. We want you to always be happy with the Algae Store!
Therefore, we offer you an exchange or return period of 15 days from the date of delivery.

When the order arrives at our Atelier, we will contact you.
- For the exchange or return to be successful, the items must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and in the original packaging, together with the respective invoice;
- During the discount period, we cannot process any refunds and exchanges can only be made within the same price range;
- If you placed a custom order, it cannot be exchanged or returned;
- Face protection masks, for safety reasons, cannot be exchanged or returned.
- In these cases, the customer will bear the shipping costs for our company.
In the event of a return, upon receipt, and after assessing its condition, the amount paid will be credited by the same payment method, except for shipping costs.
We apologize, but we do not assume any responsibility for loss or damage incurred during the return.
After we receive your order and after evaluating its condition, the refund will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase. We will process your refund within 72 hours of receiving your return. Your credit card company may take 4/7 business days to credit the amount to your account.
